Shipping Time & Production
We typically require 1–3 business days to complete the production of your custom poker cards. After production, standard shipping from the US takes approximately 7–15 business days. The shipping time displayed on our website is for reference only and indicates the timeframe within which 95% of orders are delivered. Please note that due to circumstances beyond our control (such as logistics delays or customs procedures), some orders may take longer. No refunds will be issued for shipping delays.

Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding public holidays).
We do not ship to military addresses or PO Boxes, only to street addresses such as home or office.
